Hand Painted, Dry Cleanable. Fully Covered including arms. I am not making these anymore due to how difficult and time consuming it is! Studs and Chain mail detail, everything applied by hand. Arms are a bit short for Average to tall men. They measure shoulder to cuff: 23 1/2".
